Cattabriga Psk 185 pro is the new Iceteam 1927 pasteuriser for large-scale artisanal gelato production that demonstrates Cattabriga's advanced esay to use technology. It manages both minimum and maximum volumes with great flexibility, optimising pasteurisation times. Thanks to the triple-level double heating system, it is extremely energy-efficient.

 

ECO Mode

The ECO mode reduces consumption through energy optimisation of the pasteurisation process. With a slight increase in cycle duration, PSK pro gives up to 30%* more energy savings.
