The 603 Bib Reverse is a floor standing machine for whipped ice cream, soft gelato, and frozen yogurt.

 

The electronic system produces a perfect structure of the mix, ensuring accurate and consistent control when pulling a cone.

 

The patented peristaltic pump ensures volume increase, high productivity and easy manteinance, facilitating all types of mix, from light to dense consistencies and can easily cater for the inclusion of seeds and grains in the mix.

 

The Bag-in-Box option easily allows for connection of the pump directly to the mix bag.

 

The unit is equipped with advanced technology that makes it an ideal machine for self-service shops with the display and refrigerated cabinet located at the back to allow for easy access.
