Two high-performance ceramic grinders, controlled by electronic motors, guarantee quick, precise, even and consistent grinding for many years to come. As an ingenious feature, the air intake in the dual spout is electrically adjusted by a geared stepper motor. When you make a latte macchiato, the machine automatically dispenses hot milk followed by milk foam into the glass. This feature saves valuable time. The ingenious, intuitive and simple control concept includes a ball bearing-mounted Rotary Switch and TFT display for maximum speed and efficiency. 20 specialities and another 12 programmable barista recipes can be individually programmed.

Cleaning/Hygiene

As well as being easy to operate and programme, the machine is designed to be very easy to care for. The integrated rinsing, cleaning and descaling programmes reduce the effort involved to a minimum and guarantee TÜV-certified hygiene. The GIGA X7c Professional offers very long maintenance intervals, especially when used in conjunction with a CLARIS filter system.

With its simple design, the refined stainless steel cup warmer featuring high-quality clear glass elements looks absolutely fantastic alongside all GIGA Professional models.

Thanks to its three storage surfaces, it provides plenty of space for a total of 100 espresso cups (diam. 60 mm) or 60 coffee cups (diam. 80 mm). The three modern heating panels are energy efficient and run silently, which makes the product ideal for use in offices.

With the One-Touch Cappuccino/Latte macchiato function, you can prepare speciality coffees topped with milk and milk foam at simply the touch of a button. Thanks to the height-adjustable spout, the function can be used with both small designer cups as well as cups or glasses with a height of up to 150 mm. The new fine foam technology creates milk foam with a fine, feather-light consistency. A 3.5 inch TFT colour display is the key to the machine’s intuitive operating concept.

 

Intelligent Freshwater System

The Intelligent Fresh Water System (I.F.W.S.©) is needed to use the unique Intelligent Fresh Water Kit. This latest-generation, smart permanent water connection supplies fresh water for a superior quality coffee every time. Because it can be fully integrated in the coffee machine, it requires no extra space. Combined with an upstream CLARIS water-filtering system, it provides optimum protection against limescale and supplies the best quality water.
